This has been a game changer. I get quite anxious around work and life so much coming at me all at once or at least it seems. Serv d in the Marines and as a contractor so hyper vigilance is common thing but it can become over bearing and take over now in the civilian world. My new favorite nootropic for brain and physical energy. have been using them for a couple of weeks and so far i can really tell the difference. One is enough for me to see a difference with mental focus and increase in physical energy. I normally take one capsule 2-3 times a week on my busiest days. I'm very sensitive so one is all i've needed. Just experiment witht or 2 (maybe 3) and find out what your sweet spot is and start slow, my 20 year old daughter who has ADHD has started taking it 2-3 times a week also and said she has noticeably seen a difference. What a great find! love the Black Stack most for when I'm out for a long hike in the mountains for a few hours. I find its good compliment for my energy levels, to get my mind in a place of appreciation and contemplation. Puts me in a frame of mind to "smell the roses", feel the wind, and be in the present. I don't take it all the time, maybe only a couple few times a month, but when I do I'd best describe my state as one of gratitude. Love it.
